WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of our products take 5-6 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order. Please allow 72 hours to ship.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your package is shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking information and additional information about your delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with the product, let us know, and we'll do our best to make it right. Also, you can send an email to sales@ksgiftsthingsstore.com. No return on personalized items unless our company makes an error on the product as the item can not be resale. 

Some of our products will offer Product Protection. Purchasing the plan is optional and will allow you to claim if your item becomes damaged or defective within two years of purchase.

Additional terms

  • 2 Year Product Protection Plan includes one replacement/repair per covered product.
  • If your jewelry has any defects that is covered during the period, please send a clear image of the defective product to our company, and we will gladly repair or replace the item (our discretion).
  • The damaged item must be returned at the customer's / owner's expense before a replacement item is shipped to the customer/owner.
  • If the purchased item is discontinued, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or higher value.
  • Please note lost or stolen items are not covered by the plan.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes! We offer refunds if you meet the following: There is a 30% restocking fee.

    • Item must be sent in the same condition you received it. We will provide a shipping label.
    • Email us at sales@ksgiftsthingsstore.com (Name, Order Number, and any information about why you are requesting a refund). We will review and respond as quickly as possible. If the product arrived damaged, please provide a picture. Please do not mail the product back without receiving a response from our company.
    • We have a 60-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to process.
    • Please note that the shipping insurance fee is non-refundable once the product has been shipped.
